03 Invest

Once you have chosen the products you want to invest in, you can begin investing. Our minimum ticket size is as low as AED 500. With a ticket size as low as that you can easily start investing and diversifying your portfolio among different real estate and private equity classes.

04 Track

You can then monitor and track your Investment details bifurcated on the basis of Location, Price and Returns on the FracAssets dashboard to watch how your investments are performing.

You now have access to fractional investments that allow you to earn passive cash-flow. In the case of Real Estate you may receive returns in the form of:
